Our lawyers have had advance sight of the letter which the WIDR liquidator, David Rubin & Partners, is sending out to the Docklands development creditors who exchanged contracts with Key Homes UK Ltd. That is about half of all investors in this development.
As expected, they have stuck to the position that those debts are going to be rejected. Any investor who wants to challenge this will have to apply to court to do so within 21 days.
We are not aware of any investor who is going to take that step. If we hear of any, we will post an update.
A copy of the letter that David Rubin & Partners is now sending out can be downloaded here.
